Christmas Card Buffet Projects part 1

So we had a lovely group of ladies come and craft with us recently at our Christmas Craft Buffet. There was lots of chatter, crafting, prizes and of course some yummy refreshments to be shared. As the event was of course Christmas themed it also involved carols, trees and lights……

The ladies got to chose how many projects (from 3-10) they wanted to complete in the afternoon from 10 different designs. A few were early and got a head start on the projects as you can see below

The first project was a card using Seasonal Chums – totally love this little reindeer and the Merry Music Specialty paper is definitely a hot favourite with me!

The second project was using the perennial favourite Cookie Cutter Christmas with the awesome co-ordinating punch!

The third project was white heat embossed Lovely As A Tree that I use so much – it has to be my absolute favourite Stampin’ Up! set with the Pinewood Planks textured impressions embossing folder and a sentiment from Butterfly Basics.

The fourth project was a pair of bottle tags – totally love these, an awesome way to decorate a bottle of wine. Both tags has designer series paper from the Merry Music Specialty pack, the red tag featured stamps from the new Half Full set and a holly punch embellishment. The other tag was stamped with the new Merry Little Labels stamp set which also comes with a co-ordinating Everyday Label punch.

The fifth project was made using the super versatile Painted Harvest stamp set – one of my firm favourites from the new Holiday Catalogue. The sentiment is from the Flurry of Wishes stamp set in the Annual Catalogue.

Since this post is getting a bit long, I’ll put the other 5 projects onto a seperate post soon. If you would like a copy of the new Holiday Catalogue, please let me know and I would be happy to mail one to you if the PDF version just isn’t the answer!
