I am loving the variety of Sale-a-bration stamp sets and accessories that you can get for free this year! I used one of the sets, You Brighten My Day, the Best Day Ever ribbon and some of the gold foil on the Weekly Deals this week at 25% off to make a simple version on the white notecards and a stepped up version of this card.
The larger tag part is made using the Ornate Tag Topper punch and then shaped with the Project Life corner rounder to give a nice Pool Party blue border to the note tag punch. The light bulb I stamped twice and coloured with the Daffodil Delight Blendabiltities, fussy cut and popped up with a Dimensional which you can see better in the photo below.
The stepped up version had a pennant flagged piece from the Lullaby designer series paper, an extra Crushed Curry layer and highlighted with small stars from the Confetti Star punch.
