Well what a busy weekend – yes, finally I think (??) I have my new blog up and running, my new newsletter host sorted (if you haven’t subscribed please do) and still trying to process all of the amazing things I saw yesterday at the Perth Regional Heartfelt Stampin’ Up! Event – it was so much fun!
Do you like the name badge I made? It uses some of the awesome new framelits and stamps that will be released later this week – so exciting to have not one but two new catalogues being released in such a short time! The other item in the photo was my wristband – all gold and shimmery! The theme of the event was heartfelt Christmas and we certainly got some lovely gifts, listen to some inspiring presentations on gift packaging, simple cards, ornaments, latest tools and techniques plus we got to do 4 make and take projects and a new addition for this year the product playground. This was so cool there were 5 different stations (stamping, heat tool, brayering, Big Shot and wheels) and you could sit and play with the products, get instruction and tips and make something to take home for later – I was fortunate enough o be asked to do the roller wheel station for the afternoon and got to meet some lovely ladies and have a really fun time. I will share the projects with you in a different post.
If you haven’t already checked the retirement lists – please do so now as you only have a few days left to order anything from the current catalogue, I’m putting my last order in on August 30th, so if you want anything contact me before 8pm on that day!
To help offset the sadness at seeing some lovely stamp sets and accessories retire – why not join us at the new catalogue launch party on Saturday 8th of September – details are here!
