I joined in a colour challenge recently and I really struggled with the choice of colours (hence why it would be called a challenge right!). However not to be daunted I crafted on regardless…..ohh and if you are wondering what the “We Stamp For Lara” is – this is a month long interactive tutorial group where fro the princely sum of $45 you get 30 PDF tutorials as well as an interactive FaceBook group that gives you weekly and one the spot challenges.
Since I was out of my comfort zone with colours, I went straight for my favourite stamp set – Gorgeous Grunge……..
I like the randomness of the splatters – the variation in colour was achieved through stamping a first and second generation image (or stamping twice without re-inking). The small circles were from the top of the angled tag punch.
I am looking forward to the challenges over the next few weeks from this group and if you want to join in even though it’s underway you will get sent all the already published tutorials.
