A second 6″x6″ template to make 3 cards

Okay so basically I used a super simple cutting template to cut my 6″x6″ piece of patterned paper into three pieces and made three cards to send of to others. Here are some examples of the sets of cards I made using the template:

and a sneak peek using the new Beautiful World stamp set & coordinating designer series paper.

So you can see the layout of the cards is almost identical in each group, it’s a case of cutting the patterned paper, adding a sentiment and some die cut or punched elements and then just layering. The cutting template and instructions is here:

If you want to see my techno efforts then you can check it out here:

If you cut the paper the way the template is designed a full 12″x12″ sheet would give you 12 cards, or a full pack of designer series paper would yield 144 card fronts! The set I made in the above video are here…I was debating colouring the lemon designer paper to make them limes, but thought it might end up a bit too green?

I now have the issue that I have 12 cards (pictured throughout this post) and two full kits to make the Botanical Prints on my desk….so who would like a card or a kit either for yourself or a friend? Let me know via email if you do. Of course if you use the simple template above to create some cards please share them with me as I love seeing what others have made and next time I’ll show you a different way to cut and use your 6″x6″ designer series paper.
