One of the stamp sets in the catalogue that I absolutely love is called By the Tide, I’ve only just started playing with this stamp set, but I know I’ll be using it a lot more!
In a technique class last year I did a technique called shaving foam, I had a couple of pieces of the gloss card stock left over and was waiting for the right project to use them – well here it is………lots of fussy cutting, some fish are flat and some are raised up on Dimensionals.
The next was made using only the neutral palette and simple masking, sponging and coloured using a blender pen and ink pad. It also incorporated the natural ribbon trim also in the Seasonal catalogue, it has a gorgeous open weave and sets off masculine items well.
Stamps: Memorable moments, By the Tide
Ink: Soft Suede, Early Expresso, Black StazOn, re-inkers Not Quite Navy, Marina Mist, More Mustard, Cajun Craze & Bashful Blue
Card stock: Patterns Neutral Stack, Soft Suede, Ivory, Not Quite Navy, Gloss White, Marina Mist
Accessories: 3/4″ circle punch, 1″ circle punch, Dimensionals, natural ribbon trim.
Thanks for stopping by and seeing what I made, enjoy the rest of your blog tour and if you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to ask, otherwise off to Alisha’s blog you go……
